Vice President, Strategy and Operations
Ms. Aruna brings a wealth of experience from working with leading firms across diverse industries, where she has excelled in managing high-profile accounts. Holding dual Bachelor’s degrees in Science and Business Computing and a Master’s in Literature, she combines technical expertise, analytical insight, and creative flair. As VP, Strategy and Operations at Solomons International, Ms. Aruna leverages her account management prowess to strengthen client relationships, oversee a comprehensive portfolio of offerings, and drive operational excellence. Her unwavering commitment to quality continues to propel the organization to new heights.
Elif Smith
Director, Canada Operations
Ms. Smith, with 30 years in IT and 20 years as a Senior Project Manager, has worked in large public and commercial organizations. She understands IT as a business partner and service provider, offering guidance to clients and candidates. Elif has been key in establishing and running Solomons International’s Canadian operations.
Tom Vamsi
Director, India Operations
Tom Vamshi heads operations of Solomons sister company in India. He has been with the firm since it’s inception and is instrumental in success of off-shore support model. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications and has 15 years of rich IT staffing experience. He is very customer-centric and provides excellent support to our customers and clients.

Paul L. Sayua heads operations of Solomons International in Kenya. He oversees strategic growth and business development in the region. With a background in finance and business administration, He has been instrumental in building strong partnerships, supporting international students from Kenya, and enhancing operational efficiency through the company’s AI-based solutions.
